If you contact me using the “contact” tab on my website, I will collect your name, email address and any information about you that you choose to give me.  I will use this information to review and respond to any comment or question that you may raise.

When you make a purchase through my website

If you make a purchase through my website, I will collect your name, email address, home address, delivery address and telephone number.  I will use this information to:

  • communicate with you about your purchase;
  • carry out my obligations arising from any agreements entered into between us;
  • respond to your requests and support your needs efficiently; and
  • comply with any legal obligations to which I am subject, and to protect and defend my rights and interests.

When you sign up to my mailing list

If you join my mailing list from my website, I will collect your email address.  I will use this to send you periodic emails about what’s new and occasional promotions and special offers.

PERSONAL INFORMATION I AUTOMATICALLY COLLECT

When you visit my website, I may automatically collect certain information from your device including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser-type, software configuration, aggregate use information, geographical location data, operating system and use of cookies. I will not usually be able to identify you from this information.  Collecting this information enables me to better diagnose any problems and administer my website as well as understand the visitors to my website, where they come from and what content is of interest.

These may include the right to request access to your personal information, to request that it is erased or that any inaccurate personal information is rectified.
